Ordering Information
Choose the
animal(s) you are interested in. Please contact us via
phone or email to make sure the animal is available. We want you to have a good experience adding our animals to your
collection. When you contact us, we can give you an exact price quote including shipping fees.
Shipping: All of our animals are shipped Fed-Ex or Airborne Express next day express delivery,
live delivery guaranteed. We use insulated boxes to help stabilize the temperature. If needed, 20 hour heat
packs are also used. In summer, we will use cool packs to keep the animals from overheating. For small orders,
most animals are packaged individually in deli style containers with airholes. Our shipping survival rate is
around 98%. If there are any losses, we need to be notified within 24 hours, preferably with a photo of the deceased
animal sent via email. We do not issue cash refunds for losses, but we do replace the animal at no charge. We
ship in the late afternoon or early evening and the package usually arrives the following day before 3 pm. Someone must
be present at the address to sign for the package. Shipments can be sent to your place of employment if you prefer.
We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Individual Photos:
Whenever possible, we try to have individual photographs of many of the animals we have for sale. Unfortunately sometimes its
not possible to have a photo of every animal. Generally, we do have photos of our hatchings and young juveniles.
If you look on our various pages, we have photos showing examples of each type we are working with. You can expect
your new addition to look similar to those in the photos. We do provide individual photos of most of our higher quality
subadult and adult animals. You can see a photo and some general information including length/weight, sex, and price.
Payment: Once you know the animal(s) are available, the next step is payment.
We have 2 basic methods of payment. PAYPAL, www.paypal.com is prefered to be used for payment. POSTAL MONEY ORDERS are another method.
A Money Order for the total amount including shipping can be sent to our address. We will give you our address when
you place your order. Along with the payment, please enclose a note containing your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, EMAIL,
and your ORDER. We will contact you within 24 hours after receiving payment so we can set up a shipping date.
Receiving your
new animal(s) and acclimation: We guarantee our
animals to arrive 100% healthy. Because of weather conditions, they may be chilled and act sluggish for a while, but
after they adjust, they will be alert and active. Please have patience when feeding any new animal. Some reptiles
may go several days or more before they begin feeding. Also, it is important to handle them as little as possible for
the first week or two. Handling is stressful to any reptile and the first thing a stressed reptile does is stop feeding.
As long as you have a proper setup, there should be no problems with feeding after several days. If you have any problems
or the animal is showing signs of being sick, please contact us for advice. It is very important to us that you have
a good experience with our animals. We care about the well- being of each animal and want them to live long, healthy
lives.
